WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS
It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Upon booking your Flow60 Workshop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
 
DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Flow60 Workshop, including postponing or rescheduling.
Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.
 
“You” refers to the guest booking a Flow60 Workshop.
“We” refers to Flow60.
Workshop refers to “The Flow60 Workshop”

 
WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS
 
You must be 18+ Years of age or coming with a parent or guardian.
 
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.

60 days prior to the Workshop start date, Flow60 offers a grace period where you can have a full refund without questions within 14 days of making your first Workshop payment. Refunds may take a maximum of 30 days to process.

Refund requested after the 14 day period will only be issued as credit towards another Flow60 Workshop (to be used within 3 years).

No refunds are issued within 60 days of the Workshop start date. Cancellations before 30 days of the Workshop start date receive a credit towards the next Flow60 Workshop (to be used within the next 3 years). All up-to-date payments made will be forfeited should cancellations occur within 30 days of the Workshop start date.

As a small company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
We do not offer credit or refunds for a participant arriving late or leaving early for any reason.

 
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY.
 
We never want to cancel a Workshop. However, sometimes, acts of God do happen. If Flow60 needs to cancel this workshop for any reason, your full payment will be transferred to the next possible workshop. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for any next Flow60 Workshops.
